Panning around the room with a digital camera, Gabriel shows how impressed he is with the well equipped gym. Plenty of machines offering all types of weight training, stationary bikes for endurance and cardiovascular work outs, even a notice on the wall offering advice for routines and healthy tips for eating right. Thinking to himself, " Well I have an audition to attend to so may as well get ready for the big date so to speak ". Setting his backpack down on a nearby seat Solomon takes out a towel, some sweat bands and his water bottle. Shaking his arms, Gabriel puts the sweat bands on his wrists and one on his forehead. Checking his shoe laces so he doesn't trip, Solomon begins by stretching his arms and legs, twisting his back and jogging on the spot for a few minutes. Once satisfied he jumps up and down doing star presses, then stops for a moment recalling the breathing exercises taught to him by his new friend at the park.
Looking around the gym at the various things offered for a cardiovascular work out, Gabriel decides seems his audition is in a couple hours he will do a low impact work out. Checking the settings on the bike, he reads a notice instructing on safe usage and what the various settings are. Sitting on the bike with the lowest setting he smacks his head as he forgets to the most important thing. Quickly walking to wear his bag is, Solomon takes out a CD player and plays some inspirational tunes starting with Steppenwolfs Magic Carpet Ride. Nodding his head in time with the beat as he begins to sing the lyrics not caring even if someone is listening. Jumping back on the cycle he sets it for a nice 4 mile ride. After 30 minutes of riding Gabriel gets off the bike, all though a little jelly legged, manages to reward himself with some jack links beef jerky. Changing the CD to Creedence, once again finding himself singing, even though out of tune, the lyrics are spot on.
~Gabriel~
Weeell, you wake up in the mornin', you hear the work bell ring,
And they march you to the table... to see the same old thing.
Ain't no food upon the table, and no pork up in the pan.
But you better not complain, boy, you get in trouble with the man.

Dancing around holding his drink bottle as if it were some type of microphone, Solomon makes his way to where the dumbbells are sitting all neatly on their shelves. Looking for a comfortable weight Gabriel then finds a something secure to hold his legs in place. Sitting down, the young American locks his feet in position, tests the weights once more and then proceeds with a few repetitions of sit ups. A couple hours of a balance between, weights and cardio seems to have gone by signaled by the alarm he set for his audition. Putting everything away he utilized today, Gabriel heads for the showers planning on a simple brunch before meeting his trainers.
End Of Thread... Tbc in the audition.
